1. What happens with cleaning? Is that our responsibility or is covered?
We do all the cleaning! Any additional lights or hire equipment is your responsibility.
2. What time do functions need to end and when can they start?
We are licensed till 12, so we ask for the venue to be vacated by 1.00am at the latest.
8 hrs is included in hire, if you need to start early the cost is $60phr (cover staff costs)
3. Are the bar tab prices the minimums or the amount we can only spend on the
night on that amount of people?
The Bar Tabs are a minimum spend which needs to be paid prior to the event. Many
prefer to continue the bar tab after this limit, we just need credit card details and
authorization from the card holder on the night. You also have the choice of turning
the bar back to a cash bar, so once the bar tab is finished, people can then purchase
their own drinks.
4. What Chairs & Tables are supplied with the Hire?
On the Tropical Veranda we have oval tables (seat 8-10). Corporate Box has square tables
which can be arranged in large squares/diamonds (seat 8) or rows. We hire in round tables from Underwoods Party Hire, approx $16 per table (seat 10) We do have 80 white chair covers, the cost of hire are $2.50 each inc GST.
We have 40 Dry Bars & 100 Bar Stools for Cocktail Receptions.
5. Do you do supply Centre Pieces, and can you set the tables on the day?
We can decorate for you, we recommend using Paula from Wedding Treasures for Centre Pieces. They do amazing table centre pieces and are very affordable. Our Function Prices require a set Bar Tab amount dependant on
the number of people attending your event. If you do not require
alcoholic beverages, please contact us to arrange quotes.
